1. Onboard Equipment
MineMachine Direct (Wi-Fi) or MineMachine OTA M2M+900 (3G/4G/900 MHz) units are installed on equipment such as trucks and loaders to collect VHMS data. These rugged devices are designed for harsh mining conditions and transmit engine data wirelessly for seamless monitoring.
2. Hand-Off System
In areas without full network coverage, a service vehicle equipped with a MineMachine OTA unit collects data from machines in the field. When it reaches an access point, the data is automatically uploaded—no operator involvement required.
3. OTA Access Point (AP)
Mounted on towers or near fuel depots, the MineMachine OTA AP receives data from equipment or hand-off vehicles. It then forwards the data to the central server for processing and analysis.
