We are excited to share the latest updates on our Performance Assurance & Assessment Program with our valued customer, Darma Henwa. This program is designed to ensure that our business solution, MineLink, is effectively implemented and delivering significant benefits to their mining operations.
Objectives of the MineLink Assessment Program
The key objectives of the program include:
- Assessment on the Implementation of MineLink at the client side to ascertain the benefits and impact on their mining operations.
- To assess the network infrastructure as the main backbone for the system – ensuring that MineLink has its own restricted network infrastructure outside of other systems.
- To assess the Dispatchers as well as Dispatch Engineers roles and responsibilities, to determine if their working procedures are aligned with FMS standard work process functions.
- To assess the existing workflow communications between Dispatcher, Dispatch Engineer, Mine Engineer and Production Team according to the MineLink Implementation.
- To summarize if there are any issues and problems in any of the areas and to identify any improvements required.
- Develop a Recommendation Document for both parties, Darma Henwa and SNCTechnologies, and commit to improve and fix any issues and problems.
- Develop baseline performance before the recommendation is applied.
- Schedule the re-assessment to see the impact BEFORE and AFTER the recommendations have been implemented.
- Prepare for any prospective clients to conduct site visit at Darma Henwa as the best practice of MineLink implementations.
The program has started on February 18, 2025, with an estimated duration of one month. The team that is on-site comprised Yusdar, the Project Manager; Feisal, the Network Infrastructure Expert; and Novi, the Dispatcher Trainer.
Meeting Documentation
Regular meetings are being documented with site management to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the program.
